Interested in taking your coaching to the next level? I offer 1:1 mentor coaching sessions to coaches of all levels, from beginner coaches to MCCs. I specifically use the Laser-Focused Coaching approach described by my mother, Marion Franklin, MCC, in her book, “The HeArt of Laser-Focused Coaching.”
Mentor coaching sessions are 60 minutes each and you can sign up in packages of three sessions. All mentor coaching sessions count towards ICF mentor coaching requirements for certification.
As client, you choose what you’d like to work on in each mentor coaching session. You can decide in advance or on the spot – I will adapt to whatever you want to focus on. Common topics covered in mentor coaching sessions include:
– Understanding and practicing ICF competencies
– Discussing strategies to handle client challenges
– Developing your coaching practice
– Reviewing coaching session transcripts
– Coaching me to receive real-time feedback
– Coaching skills, techniques, tools, concepts, and best practices
– Coaching in organizations, including executive coaching
